Overview of the psychotherapeutic services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In this section, you will learn more about the therapy services that are tailored to your needs and ensure the highest quality. Treatments in my practice are exclusively for adults aged at least 18 years (due to German law). <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Diagnostics<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

As part of any psychotherapy, a thorough diagnostic assessment automatically takes place in the initial sessions, which will also be fed back to you. However, there is also the possibility to register exclusively for a diagnostic assessment, for example to clarify a suspicion of autism or ADHD or for general intelligence testing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is also possible if you are already receiving therapy at another practice and only want to outsource testing for neurodivergence. However, it is requested that you coordinate this with the other practitioners. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Individual therapy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Even if previously only a diagnostic assessment was planned, there is the option to decide on psychotherapy at a later stage. This is currently offered exclusively in the form of individual therapy and is conducted as cognitive-behavioral therapy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Regular sessions are important to ensure the success of psychotherapy, whereby we will discuss together and depending on your needs and time availability what this means for you (weekly, every 2 weeks, ...). Appointments can be scheduled either as a series in advance or from appointment to appointment, depending on preference. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Group therapy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
