Here you will learn everything essential about diagnostics, the course of therapy, and the fee structure of my practice. These services are aimed at people of different cultures, religions, nations, and genders, as soon as they are of legal age under German law (i.e. at least 18 years<\/strong> old).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ADHS- and Autism diagnostics<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

I offer scientifically recognized diagnostic procedures to accurately assess ADHD and autism and, if necessary, provide individually tailored therapy recommendations. This explicitly also includes the collection of differential diagnostics, i.e., possibly alternative diagnoses from which ADHD and autism need to be distinguished, and the identification of possible comorbidities. This, in turn, means that in addition to the presence of neurodivergence, mental illnesses may also be present and can make everyday life more difficult. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Even after the completion of a diagnostic assessment, there is the option to take further sessions of psychotherapy.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Psychotherapy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The individual therapeutic treatment begins with a 50-minute initial consultation (2x psychotherapeutic consultation hours) followed by trial sessions with at least one assessment of a so-called psychological finding. After the anamnesis (medical history) has been taken, the goals of the psychotherapy are determined together and pursued in regular therapy sessions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Behavioral therapy offers a wide range of scientifically based tools, which are used individually tailored to each person. Although information from, for example, manuals is therefore also used, no two psychotherapies will be exactly the same. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Supervision for Psychotherapists in training<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

My supervision offer professionally supports aspiring psychotherapists in their training. The current price is \u20ac115 per 50-minute individual supervision, and appointments can be booked flexibly at my practice on-site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here you will get a clear overview of the individual steps of my ADHD and autism diagnostics. The billing codes and prices are based on the Fee Schedule for Psychotherapists (GOP)<\/a>. The prices amount to an average of \u20ac134.07 per hour depending on the code number (especially 812a, 870). Additional costs can arise, among other things, from the use of tests or the writing of reports.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Diagnostics for ADHD and\/or autism (approx. 4-5 sessions) <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In this step, various sources of information are used: In addition to self-reports and, ideally, external reports (e.g., relatives, school certificates), tests are used (e.g., for ADHD, the TAP, the test battery for attention assessment). It is important to gain an understanding of different areas of life at different age levels.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Differential diagnosis and comorbidities (approx. 2-4 sessions)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

It may be the case that instead of an existing neurodivergence, psychological disorders cause difficulties in everyday life (= differential diagnosis) or occur together with ADHD \/ autism (= comorbidity). Clarifying this is important for diagnostic certainty, but it may require additional hours. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

After a foundation was established in the previous sessions, the following sessions focus on how the previously defined problems or symptoms can be addressed. This is done as individually as possible. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For example, the suffering under post-traumatic stress disorder would require trauma therapy, which in turn is based on various techniques, ranging from imagination techniques to emotion-focused work and disempowering possible perpetrators to trauma confrontations.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
